[EAS] IPAWS EAS Feed Notifications - missed RWT for 9/2/2013

EAS Participants,

 

The purpose of this message is to inform you that RWTs (for all time zones) were not sent this week, Monday, 9/2/2013.  This will be reflected in the monthly EAS report for September.

 

The reason the RWTs were not sent is because the message origination system was down on Monday and could not send the RWTs to IPAWS.  This origination system is not co-located with IPAWS.  IPAWS was not affected and remained operational during this time.
