[EAS] EAS Logging

I do something similar.
I am the C.O. so I do it all.

As a part of my weekly log review I print the alert log for the week from the SAGE.
I sign and date that sheet.
I transfer the info from the SAGE printout to the physical station log.
I put a check mark in the DATE box on the SAGE printout after each alert is entered in the log.
I also have a weekly EAS Summary sheet that I use and transfer the alert info to the summary.
The summary gives me a quick way to be sure everything was sent and received for the week.
After placing each entry into the summary sheet I put a check mark in the TYPE box for each alert.
At the end of my summary sheet list of alerts I indicate that this is the end of the data.
The summary sheet is in excel so is archived on my computer.
I sign and date the summary sheet also.
And of course sign and date each log page as required.
The summary sheet and the SAGE printouts are stapled to the logs for the week in question.

It's a little extra work, but it gives me multiple accounting of EAS activity.
It also shows that actual hands have been all over this more than once, and when and by whom.
