[EAS] Premiere as PEP

Our LP station has a Premiere XDS receiver in house, used for network
news and other programs. Brief monitoring of the FEMA channel on this
unit shows they are sending a constant tone.

We can allocate an audio port on the receiver to this channel and bring
it into our system as an emergency feed. My question for the group is
whether the FEMA channel contains any type of RWT or other EAS
messaging, which would factor into a decision to connect the channel to
our EAS equipment.

Probably one of the best moves the Feds have made recently is the
addition of the Premiere Network to augment the PEP's.   There are a
large number of affiliates that can be turned into PEP's.
