[EAS] Calling all LP-1's!

My trick is to monitor my LP-1/SR-1 under the same roof with other FM's in 
the cluster.  Thus my other Sage Endecs monitor the OTA signal of the LP-1 
giving me proof positive of what hit air.  The aforementioned wiring for the 
monitor inputs still applies.
