Dale...One of my NWS stations I monitor will drop into the noise from time to time--but
I can still detect test or warning messages. Even with the sound effects, suspect if you
had a spare decoder you could quickly discover whether they trailer used real data, or
just a sound effect.

Regardless--the use of the two tones would still be reason to not air the trailer.
