[EAS] IPAWS RWT for Pacific zone today? Anyone?

Looking back a few months I see where they did the same thing back in January. I guess they somehow composed the message and did not send it until almost an hour later. Either that or some box in between delayed it.
As usual Garbage in Garbage out.
As for the missing RWT, I'm thinking we may need to reboot these things on a regular basis to keep them operating properly.

Did you notice the IPAWS RWT you included in your message was only minutes away from expiring by the time your box decoded it?
I see the IPAWS RWT for Eastern/Atlantic zones that I did get yesterday was also just minutes away from expiring by the time my box decoded it! That is not normal. The IPAWS RWT's have always typically been decoded within minutes of their origination. The others came in normally yesterday (the ones that I did get, that is).
