[EAS] July 22, 2013: IPAWS RWT contained invalid Connecticut FIPS code

EAS Participants,

The purpose of this message is to notify you that the July 22, 2013 IPAWS RWT for the EDT zone contained an invalid FIPS code.  The FIPS code for Connecticut "009000" was improperly sent as "00900".  This error is being corrected and will be noted in the next "EAS Feed Notifications (monthly report)" communication.
