Not sure why the entire text with the FCC's link didn't make it to the list.  But I took out some headers and am reposting with a plain text link address.

FYI...for those who might be interested in this particular event and where a similar exposure may exist in their locations. Derechos at their beginning are very difficult to forecast and warn. There is no warning messages beyond a SVR for a non-tornadic event. But the damage sustained in extreme cases can approximate that of a series of broad long track EF1 or even EF2 tornados depending on conditions present at any given location.
