        Dave,
        I have had at least four people write me
        privately to ask questions about
        www.theBDR.net/articles/fcc/eas/eas.html
        and the lack of tests since Dec 24th.

        Most of them did not have 89.2
        Most of them cleared immediately with
        a reboot.
        Most of them did not know (although I
        did post it as soon as I knew) that the IPAWS
        OPEN Server glitched on Dec 24th.  It is my
        suspicion that event is what "jammed" some
        of the receivers.
        As usual the Secretary will not acknowledge the
        actions of the IMF or the FEMA during this time.
