All,

I'm looking into Dave's problem report.

There is a difference in how version 89 handles fetch failures and
how version 89-2 handles it.

Version 89-2 will detect download hangs and will restart a fetch. It
will also re-download any alerts that failed to download properly due
to a download hang.

If you are on version 89, install 89-2.

I'm trying to reproduce Dave's problem on version 89-2 to make sure
there isn't some other anomaly as well.

Has anyone seen this problem prior to the week before Christmas? Has
anyone seen it with version 89-2?

Harold
