For the ENDEC, check to make sure you are on version 89.2, click the 
version button on the ENDEC's web page, you want to see something like this:

System Startup at 01/18/13 17:36:40
Digital ENDEC 1.1
FPGA version 54
DSP version 1.33C
Board rev 4/89.2

You want to see 89.2 on the Board Rev line.
