"Two out of four of my Sage Endecs did not receiver (SIC: receive) the alert from the CAP server!"

If you are running a SAGE that does not have the latest firmware you must update to fix this. 

The latest firmware is 89.2 and you can see the firmware version via one of the tabs in the HTTP interface for the SAGE.

If you are running the latest firmware then you need to contact SAGE for more assistance.

All of the above is based on the modern version of the SAGE box (PURPLE not BROWN).
