[EAS] IPAWS RWT this week

KOBI-TV (Medford Oregon) has received all IPAWS CAP weekly tests that were sent for the "California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington" area, including Feb 25, 18, 11, and 4, 2013.
We are using a DASDEC-II.
