[EAS] CAP RMT/RWT Question

Has it ever received an alert?  If so that is a start that says it was once configured correctly.  If never something is not setup right or it does not have internet connectivity.

If the brand is Sage and the box is Purple you need to go to Sage's website and download / install the latest version of the firmware 89.2 as detailed on their site.  For other brands I would contact the manufacturer for assistance.

Can anyone tell me how to go about finding why our Endec unit doesn't receive a CAP/IPAWS-RWT/RMT at any given point? We are in New York, if that helps at all. Thank you.
