[EAS] CMAS delay?

The last Amber I got it was the other way around. The Sage was 20 minutes behind.

The CMAS AMBER Alerts are entered separately into the IPAWS system by
the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The EAS CEAs are
still being issued by the cognizant state or local authorities, (which
may or may not be through IPAWS).  The lag may be due to the time it
takes to get to NCMEC through their reporting system.

Glad to hear there was a happy ending.
