At 2:47 AM today, WTOP ran part of an RMT.  They blew the three
opening duck farts, then the EBS Dual-Tone, then ran the audio
message.  They then went back to regular programming with no EOM
bursts.  I phoned them, and the guy at the news desk said I was
wrong.  I suggested he roll back the logger and see.

At 3:03 AM, they covered their own programming with the EOM bursts.

Oh, well.
