The listening audience will not know that the duck noises are saying
"RWT". They all sound alike to most people. The audio announcement is
what matters. True, the RWT won't be relayed by other EAS hardware, but
the damage will already have been done.

My I/T guy and I were discussing all model 3644 vulnerabilities we could
think of. Uploading bad NV audio was one of them. The hacker would be
dependent on the station's configuration file already selecting NV audio
to accompany an RWT (ours does not).

We came up with a few more vulnerabilities, and are using the
Montana-Michigan lessons as an impetus to enact some changes today.
