        I just posted this on the BROADCAST list:
        apparently, it was an mp3, uploaded to the system.
        This is according to those investigating it.

        There is a desire to know every fact instantly.
        But just was we decry the incremental news
        that TV networks obsess over, we need to
        to, first, make sure our systems are secure
        from the known attack vector, and, secondly,
        let the investigation develop.

        BTW - The folks with whom I'm speaking are not
        the same ones who will smother any information.
        If it can be determined what happened, we will
        be informed of any further means to protect
        our stations.

        It is worth mentioning, though, that I was told
        (I've not seen the site) that someone has a web
        page telling how to break into the CAP receivers.

        Default passwords are dangerous!!!
