Alex---Ain't gonna happen. These gadgets come out of the
world of 20-something IT guys who can remember 49 different
passwords like "Bl345X_%.**943". That's not reality for
most small stations. If this change was made, there would be
constant calls back to the manufacturers to reset the admin
password so they just print the logs.
In 15 minutes I'm running off 40 miles to Podunk High School
to see if we can do a Marti shot for a tournament BB game,
then 30 miles the other direction to pick up contest boxes
for a Valentines day give away, ship out a satellite
receiver, lock up the building at our new transmitter site
(where we're have roof work done, then back to the studio,
probably close to six....
And I should worry about the dang EAS box because somebody
could hack into the internet driven system that the D.C.
idiots forced us into???
