Importantly - it is an RFI, not an RFP.  IPAWS is looking for options, which
is always a good thing to do. 

The Mashable article being circulated is a low-effort rework of an article
originally published by NextGov.  I'm not a big fan of Mashable's style of
regurgitation-reporting.

Interesting...I'm running the report past Dick Zaragoza to see if he's heard
anything about it. If there's an RFP, it should be public record and maybe
some of the vendors are aware of it.
