[EAS] Ipaws to switch to commercial providors?

Be sure to click through the Mashable article to the Fed BizOps page and
then the actual RPF. If you read it carefully you will discover that the
request for proposal is seeking a commercial hosting environment for IPAWS.
IPAWS was developed and is currently hosted in two geo-diverse DHS data
centers. It looks to me more like out of the incubator and into the
commercial hosting world as opposed to a rebuild. But if you want a catchy
headline/subject line read it the way you like.
