[EAS] Comments filed with FEMA on improvements to the National Incident Management System

Greetings:

The comment on massive improvements to Emergency Public Information (including public warnings) within the National Incident Management System (NIMS) that I submitted last week to FEMA have now been posted. The FEMA National Advisory Committee meeting today is supposed to discuss NIMS issues, including Comments filed timely.

Hoping for the best, but I am realistically prepared for the long haul.
