[EAS] CAP Tests Address

Adrienne,

TFT and AtHoc (formerly Alerting Solutions, Inc.) have a CAP test server where CAP test messages can be originated at any time. The test will only be sent to a specific TFT 3320. Any Event Code or Location can be sent, and audio attachments and text can be posted as well. Anyone who needs instructions can contact me off list.

One of our Nevada EAS station engineers wants to know if there's an address
for CAP tests. It seems to me that someone else posted a URL or something
earlier this year where tests could be checked anytime...

Do you know of any address that might source CAPS RWTs frequently, like
every few minutes?  This would be handy for testing CAPS equipment during
service?
