[EAS] FEMA Test today in California?

Found out by checking the internal logs that we got it, but it could not 
process the message according to the manufacturer, it was momentary 
error on the FEMA server, producing a plain text message that my box 
interprets as good, even though it can't decode it, so it doesn't look 
for it again.

Just FYI, Trilithic is releasing new software to handle this problem in 
a couple of months
