[EAS] FCC EAS Report

For anyone having trouble seeing the FCC report:

When I go to
http://eas.radiolists.net/april-12-2013-fcc-releases-long-awaited-nation
al-test-report/  in a web browser (I'm using Firefox) and select
"DOC-320152A2-1", all the pages of the PDF are blank.  

However, if I right click and save the document on my computer, then it
opens fine with Acrobat Reader.

Worked fine when I tested it. Retested it just now and it still works.
