[EAS] This Just In: FCC releases their long-awaited National Test Report

The Broadcast Warning Working Group (BWWG) just received a PDF copy of the National EAS Test Report entitled, "Strengthening the Emergency Alert System (EAS): Lessons Learned from the Nationwide EAS Test".
The report is posted on the BWWG'sEAS_Forum website.
We have not yet read and digested this report, but decided that it needs to get out to the widest possible audience as fast as possible.
