[EAS] Open Letter to NOAA/NWS

Greetings:

For those of you wondering if there was a response to the BWWG Open Letter, there was, and from NOAA/NWS Hq. in Silver Springs, MD.

We do not yet have permission from the writer to post that response, but we now have reason to believe that the issues we brought to their attention are being taken seriously and will be addressed.
