I never said they didn't send RWTs with SAME coding.  They do, in fact, 
send one every Wednesday (re-scheduled if bad weather occurs at same 
time).  I simply stated that, with one exception, they don't send WATCH 
alerts with SAME coding.  In most cases, they generate SAME coding for 
WARNINGS.  Up until recently I would have said they always did for 
warnings, but some recent experiences cause me to question that... 
slightly.  I don't sit by a NOAA radio 24/7 listening to their 
broadcasts, indeed, I rarely have occasion to listen to them directly.  
So all I know about is what they send that has SAME coding because that 
gets logged (and recorded) on my EAS box.  In any event, as indicated 
before, this particular issue is a side story to my larger point... 
reiterated multiple times before.
