Richard's point is well taken. And, as the number of legacy devices
continues to dwindle, there will be less and less reason or incentive
for manufacturers to do ROM updates, or for users to install them.
Realistically--and FCC rules notwithstanding--what's a reasonable guess
as to the number of those legacy devices still in the field, as a
percentage of the total fleet, and how long are they likely to hang on?
