My assistant did some stuff in Open-Draw. It took quite a bit of fiddling
around to get things to look right. It would be nice if the program was
able to save in a DXF or DWG format as well. One can dream.

I am looking at a program called Edraw (http://www.edrawsoft.com) which is
intriguing and saves in a number of formats. The question I have for them
is whether we can generate custom icons from JPG's of equipment to place
on the drawing along with wire numbers extended from Excel spreadsheets.
