[EAS] Two EAS decoders in series

I was told by an Arbitron Engineer that if two encoders are turned on in series the encoding is messed up.  This makes sense if the encoders put the information in the same 'place'.

Monitoring your own off-air signal with the surplus decoder really closes the loop.

RE: the Arbitron question... Actually it squares the ratings numbers, because you are multiplying the two values instead of adding them. Be wary of adding a third encoder, you can end up with book numbers that exceed the population count in your DMA.
