Mike - I have been making diagrams like this for years using MS/Word. Use Dialog or Text Boxes, Shapes, Lines and Arrows. They turn out Quite nice and, the best part, just about everyone can decode them. Clay Freinwald >Any idea what CAD program was used to create that drawing? Visio? >MM
