There was nothing funny about Sandy but a brief diversion might be helpful in a stressful situation:
 
We interrupt our normal flow of serious messages for an emergency humorous post:
 
"This has been a test of the Emergency Alert....whatever. If this had been an actual emergency - assuming it was nuclear related - you'd never know what hit you. We not resume our normal flow of serious, pertinent messages."
