This then poses 2 questions in my mind:
1) If this was not CAP/IPAWS - where did the NWS message (the same one that was
on the overhead signs) come from?
2) If I thought this was a CAP/IPAWS message - how many others from the general
public would be equally confused?
3) Assuming this is not CAP/IPAWS and was coming from a separate source.... If
it is coming from NWS, and they send both this type of message, AND the
CAP/IPAWS - would I wind up getting duplicates when the CAP/IPAWS is finally
implemented?
