[EAS] Sample Plan, Version 2.0

Greetings:

Version 2.0 of the sample plan will be posted on the EAS Forum sometime on Wednesday. Great suggestions from this list and from the original plan workshop committee came in today. It is our intent to look at this sample plan as a work in progress for the immediate future. I am sure other suggestions for its improvement will come in.

Please note some browsers may issue error messages when you click on the download link. The workaround is to first save the file and open it from your "downloads" folder, or, in MS Word (or Open Office) use the "Open" function for the downloaded file. 

If all else fails, contact me off list and I will send the file to you as an email attachment.
