[EAS] SECC/LECC EAS Plan Workshop at NAB

Greetings:

The BWWG has just arranged with NAB for a room for us to conduct an EAS Plan workshop for SECC and LECC committee members on Sunday, April 15 between 3 PM and 5 PM in Room N-216.

Because this is not a large room we have to ask for RSVP's now for who wants to attend this meeting. And, while this room is near the NAB office on the second floor of the North Hall, we want to make sure the names  for those who sign up are on a list we can give to NAB. NAB has told me the room capacity is unfortunately only 20 people. We will try to accommodate more if necessary depending on interest.

Tentative agenda:

1. Status of Text To Speech issue as of April 15
2. Proposed CAP language to include in plans
3. The BWWG "Two Steps Forward" initiative
4. Ideas for working with state emergency management
5. Ideas from attendees
