It would be very helpful if you read the actual words of the FCC, especially
when it comes to 
Their comments about TTS.

FYI- Look for petitions from the real-world to the Commish about this.

Washington State has been using CAP and TTS since October of 2010 and are
not about to stop now.

According to this afternoon's Radio World "email version" you guys lost this
one.

Some of us are none-the-less happy to have the Text-to-Speech item
officially out of the system.

I say that because I believe it means we can use CAP converts on our
existing units for the foreseeable future.  If I'm wrong, I'm sure I'll hear
about it.
