[EAS] Version 89--required?

Which is nice, but it tells me that the address the other
system is using --and sending e-mails with, for the SMTP
server, is an "invalid address."

Also, this system says "CAP OK" but it didn't get the FEMA
test sent a few minutes ago the other system did--and
e-mailed me that it did.
