Not in the typical case.  Many modern routers will remember each 
device that connects by MAC address and hand out the same IP address 
every time that device reconnects.

Many routers also allow you to enter a MAC address and assign an IP address.

I've got 12 ENDECs hooked up here in the test lab, and they all get 
the same IP address each time they get rebooted.

But, yes, if you do have a router that reassigns addresses, you can 
find the IP address from the front panel.
