[EAS] Version 89 - required?

Another problem.  The new Endecset program likes to find its
own place to stick the settings file. Tried to make a minor
change--got the old settings file--now the stupid box thinks
it has an ip address that works with the old switch (which
likes 198.x.x.x.) but not the new switch which likes
10.x.x.x.x. Of course, this is a fixed address.

I swear: *&^%%$##^&**. I'm gonna have to hire a permanent IT
guy just to keep this stupid thing running. 

Disaster in the making, especially for small stations. 
Every time someone mucks with the network the CAP EAS will
stop working, & no-one will notice.
