[EAS] New Subscribers and Staying on Topic

Greetings:

We have seen a flurry of new subscriptions here since the first if June indicating that we are serving a useful purpose as an EAS information exchange where a lot of EAS subject experts hang out. That makes the BWWG, the host of this site, happy.

With all due respect, it is time to return to contributions to this site that directly relate to EAS and CAP. We do not want those who subscribe here to feel that they are getting information here that strays off topic.

Other lists exist for general discussions on engineering issues.
