[EAS] Uses for your old EAS unit

It is possible that your current EAS box logs that it sent and alert, but did it really get aired?
Use the old one as a confidence monitor.
Take an off-air signal of your station(s) and use them for inputs to the old unit.
The old unit will log up to 88? old alerts.
This way you know it actually went to air.
If there is any question then check the alert logs on the old unit.
