[EAS] Uses for your old EAS unit

Who needs paper if you have a unit capable of displaying the received 
activity as a history list?  The Sage does that now and no paper needed. 
That was an extolling feature of the unit my OM's much appreciated after 
a long night of really severe weather....and the paper ran out.
