Me thinks the FCC likes the idea of manditory FM in cell phones.  Me
thinks FEMA might be seeing the light too.

And this hearing may be an additional opportunity to prove the point based
on a 2nd major disaster to occur taking the region's wireless and IP
systems to their knees in less than a year.

Just me thinking you know.....
