Tom/Everyone:

I agree, Tom. I read Gary's posting and the entire R &O.

I posed the question in regard to the FCC conformance process that they did describe that they would carry out in the R & O.

I never said anything about postponing June 30. I did infer that we (and the FCC)  should take some time between now and June to sort the TTS issue and other open issues out.
