I did mention RDS and FMeXtra as possible users of the enhanced text 
from CAP, but mandating that converters and ENDECs must have the outputs 
that a large majority of stations can't use is ridiculous.  So the 
current converters should continue to be OK.  After all, stations that 
would want to use the enhanced text outputs would most likely have 
already pre-ordered a new complete CAP ENDEC anyway.
