[EAS] EAS and CMAS

Hi, Bill and everyone:

I'd like to announce that NAB has green-lighted a presentation I proposed to do at the Spring 2013 Convention of the BWWG's "Two Steps Forward" initiative to the Management conference. Purpose:  To do exactly what Bill refers to -- but really needs to be done -- namely make a difference with the licensees and management of stations. On air types will view as important those things that their management thinks are important.

If this BWWG proposal can make a difference with just one licensee who now communicates indifference about EAS to their air staff and others, that's one more than we have now.

The session is scheduled for Wednesday morning of NAB week. More details when available.
