[EAS] EAS feed down

EAS participants,
This email is to confirm that the IPAWS EAS feed went offline approximately 11:23 Eastern time.  The outage has been elevated to critical for immediate attention.  The FEMA Network Operations Center is investigating now.  I will follow up with additional information as it becomes available.
