[EAS] Targeted Alerts on FM Radio

I think the key word here is "targeted"...rather than having all stations
carrying a warning everywhere, this system will send the message to the
affected area only. Sort of like taking the "broad" out of BROADcasting

Sounds to me like some one has created a 'solution' for a problem that
doesn't really exist.

Oh, wait, they already did that to the EAS system.........
