This is a "Section 73.801 et seq." low power FM--100 watts at around 60 feet above average. My understanding of the rules is that they need a CAP capable converter--which they have--the blue Sage. However, not clear to me if they need to relay the RMT...and, as noted, if they are off the air when the RMT is sent, it will have expired by the next morning anyway.
